Privacy before upload

Read this before choosing a file.

The original file is used to preview your scan and is not retained. We keep mapped scan fields, custom answers, mappings, ranked results, drafts, the Booth Score aggregate, your selected follow-up-speed bucket, and share links for up to 24 hours after each result set is created. They then expire; the scheduled cleanup runs every 15 minutes to remove expired content. Delete Now removes stored trial content and invalidates every share link immediately.

We do not email uploaded contact addresses or use uploaded contacts for Boothloom marketing. Your work email is reduced to a keyed identifier used only to enforce one trial and its cumulative five-draft allowance; that identifier remains after result deletion and expiry.

Map at least one identifying field (name, email, company, or title); every row needs one of those values, and mapped emails must be valid. The original file is previewed only and is not retained; mapped scan data is stored when you create results.
