Clear boundaries for your event data.
This page explains the data handling details relevant to Boothloom's lead workflow and public trial.
Human review remains part of the path from imported lead to approved outreach.
Processing
When you upload lead fields to Boothloom, those fields may be processed by a third-party AI provider through Boothloom's AI integration. This processing is used to generate role summaries and outreach drafts from the information provided in the upload.
The generated summaries and drafts support your review workflow; Boothloom does not treat an AI-generated draft as a message sent without your approval.
Public trial
For the public trial, mapped trial fields, derived results, outreach drafts, score data, and share-link-backed public results are retained for up to 24 hours after each result set is created. They then expire, and the scheduled cleanup runs every 15 minutes to remove expired result sets.
The original uploaded file is not retained. The keyed trial-limit identifier is a separate retained record: it lasts for 7 days to enforce the trial limit and is not part of the 24-hour result-set expiration period. You can also use Delete Now to remove stored trial content and invalidate its share links immediately.
Opt-in leaderboard
If you explicitly opt in to the public Booth Score leaderboard, Boothloom retains that leaderboard entry for 12 months. The retained fields are the shown show name, company name, and total score.
The leaderboard entry is separate from the trial result set. Uploaded lead rows, contact details, and trial share content are not published as part of the opt-in leaderboard entry.
Paid customer data
In the current app, paid-customer Event and Lead records do not have a finite retention field or an automatic cleanup path. They remain stored indefinitely unless manually deleted. This is separate from the 12-month validity period for event credits and the defined trial and leaderboard windows described above; those periods do not automatically delete paid Event or Lead records.
AI provider terms
Boothloom sends lead fields for summaries and outreach drafts through its configured Polsia AI proxy. OpenAI's published API data-controls policy states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default unless the customer opts in. That is OpenAI's published default, not a separate guarantee about the Polsia proxy; Boothloom does not configure an opt-in.
